Zhengzhou Industrial Co., Ltd. Decoration Contract Dispute; d/Bi Moushan v. Wang Shimin Firecracker Damage Compensation Case; e/Guo Mou dissatisfied with improper labor education enforcement reconsideration case (the only case of reconsideration cancellation and change of administrative actions that year); f/Li Mouxia Sued Heilongjiang Province Admissions and Examination Committee Office Administrative Dispute Case (initiating the "National Postgraduate Examination Approval and Submission Act" as the first actionable administrative act in China); g/Cheng a suspected intentional homicide case (after defense, the prosecution finally withdrew the prosecution, Cheng Xiao was acquitted); h/Ding Moomi was suspected of tax evasion (after the defense, the prosecutor finally made a decision not to prosecute, and Ding Cimi was acquitted).
