Personal classic case

1. The first case of refusal of RMB since the founding of the People's Republic of China-the "binary money" lawsuit that caused a sensation across the country, creating a precedent for civil public interest litigation in my country.

2. The country's largest land subsidence case-seeking justice for more than 18,000 farmers in 9 village committees, claiming 12 million yuan, solved the problem that farmers had not resolved hundreds of times.

3. The so-called "Central Plains No. 1" class action case-seeking justice for 146 nutria farmers who were deceived.

4. The case of a loan guarantee dispute between a group limited liability company in Henan and a certain asset management company in my country became the first classic case in which the Supreme People's Court was changed by mediation since the founding of the People's Republic of China, setting a new record in judicial history.

5. The case of a Chinese asset management company suing the municipal government led to a case where the Supreme People’s Procuratorate protested and the provincial high court retrialed the municipal government’s debts of more than 30 million yuan. Finally, the case was successfully closed by mediation under the auspices of the Supreme People’s Court. The municipal government recovered more than 26 million yuan in economic losses.

6. The successful disposal of a loan guarantee dispute between a Henan group and a Chinese bank Jiaozuo branch avoided a huge economic loss of 190 million yuan for a Henan group and achieved a win-win situation for the three parties.

7. After operating a certain international bidding iron ore project in the State of Liberia, it successfully raised funds from the China-Africa Development Fund and a Wuhan group, creating the best model for Chinese companies to go out.

8. Undertook the Yuntai Mountain project in the national AAAAA-level scenic spot of the World Geopark, and successfully raised RMB 5 billion from a certain Tianxiang through negotiation and signing.
