In order to further strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations and give full play to the role of the Party branch as a battleground and the vanguard role of Party members, on the morning of November 19, the Party Branch Committee of Jinyan Law Firm held a general election meeting, in which a new Party Branch Committee was elected and Party members from the branch participated.

Comprehensively soliciting opinions and making preparations for the new term

In accordance with the spirit of the report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Constitution, and the Regulations on Election Work of Grass roots Organizations of the CPC, the Party branch organized closely and prepared meticulously, set up a preparatory group for the election of the new term of the Party branch, carefully drafted the work report of the branch, and formulated the plan for the election and the method for holding the new term of office; In accordance with the recommendation requirements of the new Party branch members, we had a conversation with each party member in advance to fully solicit opinions. The Party branch committee held a meeting to fully discuss and deliberate, objectively, fairly and realistically determine the list of candidates for the new Party branch committee, and reported the list of candidates to the Party Committee of the Lawyers Association.

Convening the General Meeting of Party Members to standardize the general election

The general election meeting of the Party branch first considered the work report of the previous Party branch committee, and then discussed and adopted the Election Method for the Branch Committee of the CPC Jinyan Law Firm. The method of secret ballot was adopted to elect two members of the Party branch committee by margin, one secretary of the Party branch by equal amount, and the scrutineers and vote counters supervised the election process throughout the whole process to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the election. The meeting successfully elected Wang Shasha, Zhang Shuai Shuai, members of the new Party branch committee, and Zhang Dong, secretary.

The new Party branch held an expanded meeting to arrange and deploy future work

After the election, the new party branch committee immediately held an enlarged meeting of the party branch committee. At the meeting, Zhang Dong, the newly elected secretary of the party branch committee, affirmed the working ability and style of Wang Huaichen, the secretary of the previous party branch committee. He hoped that all members would learn from this spirit and be awarded the title of "honorary secretary".   Finally, we will emphasize the work in the future. First, we will strengthen the development of branch committees, organize life meetings, and review meetings for Party members. The Party lesson held in December will be themed "How the Party branch plays the role of a battleground and how the Party members play the role of a vanguard and model" for learning and discussion. 2、 The organizing members of the Party branch committee should strengthen the combination with the administrative work, and the publicity members should do a good job in the docking of the lawyer's business. 3、 Regularly hold joint party and government meetings, business seminars and symposiums, straighten out the work ideas, improve the management level, enhance the professional ability of lawyers, strengthen the work of young lawyers, and strengthen the effective force for the overall development of the Institute. 4、 Strengthen business development and publicity through various channels.
