In order to conscientiously implement the textbooks of the Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Municipal Lawyers Association on making good use of the compilation of typical cases of the lawyer system, do a good job of the relevant requirements of the work of "promoting reform with cases", and give full play to the education, warning and deterrent effects of typical cases around them, and encourage lawyers The team strengthened the awareness of legal services and adhered to the bottom line of legal work. On May 15, 2020, Jinyan Law Firm held a typical case of "Promoting Reform with Cases" a centralized warning education and learning conference. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shian, deputy director of our firm, and Zhang Dong, director of the law firm, and some lawyers and administrative staff attended the meeting.

At the meeting, our lawyers discussed some of the cases in the typical case compilation textbook, and expressed their views on common problems in the lawyer team, such as "relationship with judges", "illegal disclosure of case files", and "private cases". A series of typical cases have sounded the alarm for lawyers, especially young lawyers, and guided our lawyers to improve their understanding of practice rules and practice disciplines, emphasize the importance of strictly observing practice disciplines, and strengthen their thinking in practicing according to laws and regulations. It is hoped that all lawyers will actively participate in the work of "Promoting Reform by Cases", practice legally and compliantly, effectively prevent various risks in practice, and promote the in-depth and effective implementation of work reform.

Director Liu Shian pointed out at the meeting: Promoting reform with cases and ringing alarm bells, young lawyers should take seriously the problems arising from the principles and bottom line at work and stick to their basic, political, and legal principles. As a front-line staff of legal services, lawyers should always pay attention to their own political image, work image and character image, recall the content of the cases learned in the meeting, remind themselves to maintain the moral consciousness of practicing lawyers and strictly observe the practice discipline. After everyone’s active discussion, Director Zhang Dong summarized the meeting and asked all Jinyan employees to always regard “honesty and trustworthiness, seeking for progress” as their code of conduct, so as not to forget the original intention of the examination, keep in mind the lawyer’s mission, and treat the case. Lawyers’ violations of laws and disciplines act as a warning bell in their hearts, providing clients with high-quality legal services with a more honest and professional image, and contributing to the progress of the rule of law in society.

After the meeting, our firm issued warning materials to all lawyers in the firm, asking everyone to carefully read the contents of the materials, to truly implement the work of "promoting reform with cases", to standardize the law firm's work system, and to improve the quality of lawyers' work.
