 According to the requirements of the Municipal Bureau's Notice on Exploring and Promoting market-oriented investigation and research activities of lawyers' mediation in the city's industries, Zhang Dong, secretary of the Party Branch, attached great importance to organizing lawyers and administrative departments and courts to conduct thematic research and issue research reports.

Jinyan Research Institute intends to ask for instructions to set up a lawyer mediation studio. Based on our previous research on pre-litigation mediation and people's mediation, the mediation studio of Jinyan Law Firm will mainly focus on some commercial and foreign-related civil and commercial disputes, while taking into account public interest mediation, and actively assume the social responsibilities of the law firm.
