According to the Expert evaluation Plan of Nanyang City's mid-term Evaluation of public Utilities, the expert evaluation team completes the work according to the Expert Evaluation Rules of The Mid-term Evaluation of The Franchising of Nanyang White Henan Sewage Treatment Plant through data analysis, inquiry, on-site survey and other procedures. The expert review group believes that the construction, operation and maintenance of the project company are basically in line with the agreement, laws and regulations, but it needs to be improved and perfected in terms of certificated work, laboratory analysis projects and frequency, deodorization system construction, emergency plan formulation and implementation, guarantee provision and other aspects.

The consulting institution will carry out follow-up work in accordance with the Interim Evaluation Plan for Public Utilities franchising in Nanyang city, and apply the results of the interim evaluation to the follow-up franchising activities as soon as possible.
